Emergency Services

As the nature of emergencies evolve, so must our strategies.
HE TANGATA, HE TANGATA, HE TANGATA

Safeguarding our communities

Fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience nationwide.

When a significant emergency or disaster strikes, we understand that CDEM & emergency services will be inundated helping the people that need it the most.

That’s why fostering a culture of preparedness & resilience nationwide is fundamental to safeguarding our communities & whānau.

We need to work closely with our communities and allow them to make localised decisions, take ownership, and ultimately  be prepared to survive on their own for at least 7 days.

By working together, we can empower them to take control and act decisively – reducing the burden on emergency services.

Find out how we are working with emergency services around New Zealand to help prepare our communities for the toughest days of their lives.
